A devised work by Amit Levy
Tako Tsubo - The medical term for a condition in which the heart is physically broken.
This work explores the focal point of an internal, emotional break, where there is a before, an after, and an impossible now. But life doesn’t care and it continues, so we have to learn how to collect the pieces and put them back together, and continue in our journey. This is an interrogation of the possibilities we encounter in the path towards rebuilding ourselves, and an examination of our coping mechanisms.
Thirteen women, one hundred balloons, one pain that won’t let go, and the many ways to overcome it, so we believe.
